Refund Policy: We do not facilitate refunds for our courses. Given the nature of digital products, once a purchase is made, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Sharability: Our courses are not meant to be shared. Sharing with friends or family members will result in a ban from our dashboard and removal from all our systems.

Multiple Device Usage: Usage of our courses is restricted to one device. While we recommend a PC or laptop, any device is permissible.

Earnings Disclaimer: We do not guarantee earnings in any of our courses. While many students excel post-course completion, others may not. None of our products come with an income guarantee.

Suspension: Student accounts may be suspended in the event of misconduct towards mentors or the support team.

Tools: All our managed tools, which include lifetime access and lead generation tools, are third-party applications prone to instability. We do not offer a guarantee for the lead generation tool.

Piracy Prevention: Unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution of our courses will lead to legal actions in accordance with the copyright laws of Bangladesh.
